1. S for specific. Be as detailed as possible when describing what you want to accomplish.
2. W for written. Putting goals in writing tells your brain you are serious about your commitments.
3. O is for order. List your goals in order of importance and work on them accordingly.
4. R is for realistic. Consider the time, money and resources needed. Setting sights to high gives an excuse to quit.
5. D is for deadline. Deadlines add urgency and tell how much time must be scheduled each week.
6. S is for schedule. Achievement doesn't happen by chance. Schedule time to actually work on your goals.
